I don’t know, y’all… I knew about it, but figured I’d never get west enough to have it and then in 2019 I went to California for the first time and made a point of getting it within days of arriving, but I only got it that one time, but I made up for it in 2022 and will every time I go from here on out.

In-N-Out burgers are ordered with the number of patties you want by the slices of cheese so a Double Double is two patties and two slices of cheese.

Now, here’s the thing, everyone knows about the “Secret Menu“, but the real secret is ordering the fried double fried! I am right or their fries are terrible, but double fried is delicious. I mean it’s a scientific fact! Just google it or click on the scientific fact in the last sentence, and you’ll see! Oh, and also order them animal style, I mean c’mon!

What, what, you don’t know what animal style is? Oh dear heart, Animal Style is extra spread, mustard, grilled onions, and extra pickles. Furthermore, I order my burger Protein Style which is wrapped in lettuce sans bun. I can’t eat it while driving, but that okay too!
